Fanime Plans and New Costumes!

Hey! Whoa, it's been ages since I last updated! ~Poverty even bought me a subscription for my birthday and this is the first time I've used the snazzy journal skins.

I have only a couple more finals to do before I'm halfway done with college! Woo! I'll be graduating from GCC with a general associates degree and transferring to ASU next semester! I'm going to major in justice studies and maybe minor in art. Yay~ useless degrees!

After finding out about the utter ridiculousness that is PHXCC's "masque" this year, I decided to jump ship for Fanime. Fanime is a con that I consistently hear awesome things about, so I've been wanting to go for a while. This year is that year! Awww yeeaahh!

My other con plans include AX and then Saboten-Con.

I'm not 100% sure on what I'm wearing to Fanime and on what days and stuff yet...
my plans are something like this:

Once-ler (The Lorax) because I've got 40" legs, yo. I was made to be this dude.
Rin Okumura (Ao no Exorcist) ~ritasuka and I are doing Mephisto, Amaimon, and Rin's weird-ass yukatas.
Tsukimi Kurashita (Kuragehime) for the Black and White Ball, and probably part of that day.
Haruko Haruhara (FLCL) in her baseball outfit. Because why not?
Beatrice (Umineko) - Maybe? Because there's a tea party and stuff.
Irabu (Trabeze) - Maybe? I just really love this costume, okay?
SOMETHING ELSE? - IDK SUGGEST SOMETHING.


Other cons:
Recently I've kinda lost my enthusiasm for making costumes. I get too lazy and end up half-assing everything. Well, I'm tired of that, so I'm going to try to crank out a buch of new stuff later this year. Stuff like:

Gokudera (Reborn!) - Vongola Gear outfit. Okay, so this is like 3/4 already, I'm just afraid of wearing it to Fanime because of all of the bombs. I'm going to keep it at AZ cons just because I know some staff people and they probably won't freak out as much.
Sonoshee McLarren (Redline) - Just. Because. Go watch that movie.
Stocking (P&SwG) - Those new "Phat!" figure color variations of the cop outfits.
Suika (Tohouvania) - Because I am crazy. This one might not happen this year. Depends on time and funds and all that fun stuff.
SECRETSTUFF - TROLOLOLOLOL


Ummm... yeah. So thats about it for now.
I'm going to post some more old pictures that I should have put up in January and March. I just forget to update my DA anymore. Clearly, I'm not as active as I used to be. ACP is probably my most updated cosplay page now.
