It's been about three and a half months since I last updated my journal.
I just haven't really been up to much interesting stuff.

Slowly, I'm adding new cosplay photos and more plushie and prop stuff to my gallery.

Saboten came and went in September. I had a lot of mixed feelings about the con.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to complete the cosplay I wanted to for it, so it didn't happen. 'Cause I suck.

This year has been a slow and sad decline of my craftsmanship skills.
While others improved their talents, I just got really lazy and half-assed everything.
At least I got two "real" costumes done though! Beatrice and Sonoshee make up for the rest of the fail and derp, haha.

I'm hoping to try to get back into the groove of things again in the final weeks of this year and the beginning of the new one.
I kind of lost my drive for cosplaying "seriously" for a while because of all of the stupid cosplay attention-whorey drama and also because several of my friends have fallen out of the hobby recently, which has made cons a little less fun.
I'm making plans with other friends now though, and I hope to visit another CA con next year as well. I hope that some fun group costumes will get me motivated once more!

There are some very tentative plans right now, but nothing set in stone because life always seems to interrupt.
Hopefully if I can get my shit together, I can stick to this plan:
